How to Set Up Email Forwarding in Microsoft 365 Webmail

  1. Access Microsoft 365 Webmail:
    https://outlook.office.com/
  2. Click the Settings(⚙) icon in the top right corner.

3.　Scroll down and click “View all Outlook settings.”

4.　In the settings menu, go to Mail → Forwarding.

5.　Check the box for “Enable forwarding.”

6.　Enter the email address you want to forward messages to.

7．(Recommended) Check “Keep a copy of forwarded messages.”

8.　Click Save, then close the settings window by clicking the “✕” in the top right corner.

How to Check Your Mailbox Usage in Microsoft 365 Webmail

  1. Accesss Microsoft 365 Webmail:
    https://outlook.office.com/
  2. Click Settings, and then click View All Outlook Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click “View all Outlook settings.”
  4. In the settings menu, go to General → Storage.
  5. Your current mailbox usage will be displayed on the screen.
