Mail forwarding setting procedure

  • Go to Microsoft 365 Web Mail.
  • Click Settings, and then click View All Outlook Settings.
  • Click Forward in Mail Settings.

・Check "Enable forwarding".

・Enter the "Forwarding Email Address" in the "Forwarding Email Address" field.

・Check Keep a copy of forwarded messages.

  • When you're done, click "Save" and close the setup window with "X" in the upper right of the screen.

Check e-mail usage

  • Go to Microsoft 365 Web Mail.
  • Click Settings, and then click View All Outlook Settings.
  • Click General on the Settings screen, then click Storage to view your email usage.
