If you receive a virus infection warning while browsing a website
Do not install antivirus software in the warning.
Close your browser immediately.
If you get frequent warnings, try deleting all of your browser history (cache).
If you get a virus alert on your desktop while operating your PC
A malicious program may have been installed.
Do not install antivirus software in the warning.
Leave the PC as it is, disconnect the PC from the network, and consult with us.(Ext:8150)
If you receive a blue screen warning of a virus infection that impersonates Microsoft or Windows
Do not call the phone number in the warning statement.
Also, don't install any antivirus software (such as Windows Defender) in the warning.
