※ What is a password reset ?
A password reset allows you to create a new password when your current one has expired or you’ve forgotten it.
If you don’t meet the requirements to reset your password and cannot complete the process online, please visit our office during business hours (weekdays, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.).

Note: To reset your password, you must have a registered email address for receiving one-time password(OTP).
You will also need your IC card, which is one of the following depending on your role:
-Student ID card (for students)
-Staff ID card (for faculty and staff hired through the university’s HR department, excluding part-time lecturers)
-Authentication card (for all other personnel)

Note: To access this page from outside the university network, you must first register your email address for receiving one-time passwords(OTP).
