Opening Days and Hours
Opening Days
The Center is open on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
The Center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Any temporary closures will be announced in advance.
Opening Hours
Office hours are 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 on weekdays.
Cleaning takes place every Wednesday from 13:00 to 14:30.
Please note that the Center is closed during this time.
Maintenance Schedule
Regular maintenance is conducted on campus networks and computer systems.
Maintenance is conducted every Wednesday from 13:00 to 16:00.
Network services may become unstable during this time.

Precautions for using the Center
Be aware of the following when using the Center.
Inappropriate use may result in restrictions, suspension of services, or other disciplinary measures.
In addition, surveillance cameras are installed in the building.
(1) Use the Center only for purposes appropriate to a university, and refrain from the following activities:
- Commercial activities
- Criminal or antisocial activities
- Activities that infringe upon the rights of others, including human rights and copyrights
- Activities that violate public order or accepted standards of conduct
- Activities that cause physical or emotional harm to others
- Activities that interfere with the normal operation of the system
(2) Observe the following precautions and properly manage your user ID and password.
- Never share your user ID or password with others, and do not allow anyone else to use them.
- Change your initial password as soon as possible. Do not use simple or easily guessed passwords.
- Passwords should be changed on a regular basis.
- Do not leave a PC unattended while logged in.
- Report any suspected password compromise immediately.
(3) Observe the following rules and do not interfere with the normal operation of the Center.
- When classes are in session, persons other than enrolled students must leave the computer laboratory.
- Smoking and eating are prohibited in the building.
- Do not engage in activities that may inconvenience other users, such as creating excessive noise or leaving litter behind.
- Observe the Center's closing hours and complete any cleanup before leaving the facility. Please leave the building at least 10 minutes before closing time.
- Bicycles must be parked in the designated bicycle parking area.
Lost and Found
Please contact the Business Office at 0952-28-8592.
A form of identification, such as a student ID card, is required to claim a lost item.
In Case of Emergency
In the event of a disaster such as a fire or earthquake, please follow the instructions of Center staff and evacuate to a safe outdoor location.
