General Information

Opening days and hours of CNC

Opening day

It's open on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
In addition, notice of the temporary closure will be posted in advance.

Opening hours

The office hours are 9: 00 ~ 12: 00 and 13: 00 ~ 17: 00 on weekdays.
Every Wednesday at 13: 00 ~ 14: 30 is cleaning time.

Please note that entry is prohibited during this time.

Maintenance and Inspection

Maintenance is to maintain the network and computers in the campus on a regular basis.
It is held every Wednesday from 13:00 to 16:00.
Network services may become unstable during this time.

Precautions for using CNC

Be aware of the following when using CNC.
If inappropriate actions are taken, the use may be restricted, suspended or otherwise disposed of based on the judgment of the department or center to which the user belongs.
In addition, surveillance cameras are installed in the building.

(1) Use only for appropriate purposes as a university, and do not use as exemplified below

  • Commercial use
  • Use of criminal and antisocial purposes
  • Use that infringes on the rights of others, such as human rights infringement and copyright infringement
  • Use against public order and morals such as obscenity
  • Use that causes physical or emotional harm to others
  • Use that interferes with the normal operation of the system

(2) Take care of the following precautions and manage your user ID and password.

  • Never share your user ID and password with others. Do not let others use them.
  • Change the initial password early. Do not change the password to a simple string.
  • Passwords should be changed on a regular basis.
  • Do not leave the PC terminal in the login state.
  • Report any password leaks.

(3) Observe the following precautions and do not interfere with the normal operation of CNC.

  • When the lecture time comes, all but the students should leave the seminar room.
  • Do not smoke, eat or drink in the building.
  • Do not make noise, scatter garbage, or engage in any other activities that may cause problems for other users.
  • Be sure to observe the closing time and clean up and leave the building at least 10 minutes before closing.
  • Bicycles must be placed in the bicycle parking area.

If you lose something at CNC

Please contact the Business Office (0952-28-8592).
When you receive a lost item, you need an identification such as a student ID.

When disaster strikes.

In the event of a disaster such as a fire or earthquake, follow the instructions of the staff of CNC and evacuate to a safe place outside.
