Guidelines for the Use of Cloud Services in University Operations
Approved Cloud Services (as of May 1, 2026)
Cloud services that are registered under the Information System Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP) of the Government of Japan, or those whose security has been verified and contracted by the University Corporation, are listed below:
- Microsoft 365
(Copilot, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) - Zoom
- WebWalker’s
- ANPIC Emergency Status Reporting System, and others
