Guidelines for the Use of Cloud Services in University Operations

Approved Cloud Services (as of May 1, 2026)

Cloud services that are registered under the Information System Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP) of the Government of Japan, or those whose security has been verified and contracted by the University Corporation, are listed below:

• Microsoft 365
  (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Zoom
• WebWalker’s
• GakuNin RDM
• ANPIC Emergency Status Reporting System, and others

Notes for Use

1. When handling personal information or highly confidential information, comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
2. Limit the purpose and scope of use to what is necessary for university operations.
3. Log in and use the service with the account issued by the University Corporation.
4. For matters not specified in this notice or if anything is unclear, consult the Center for Comprehensive Information Infrastructure before proceeding.

Use of the Institutionally Licensed Generative AI Service (Microsoft Copilot Chat)

Saga University has an institutional subscription to Microsoft 365, which includes access to the generative AI service Microsoft Copilot Chat.

Before using this service, please carefully read the following information and use it appropriately in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines.

Terms of Use

• Sign in using your Saga University Center ID (User ID) and password.

• When you sign in, enterprise data protection is enabled. Your prompts and responses are not used to train AI models.
• When enterprise data protection is active, a green shield icon is displayed. Always confirm that this icon is visible before using the service.
